Responsibilities include using Salesforce CRM to generate leads, scheduling meetings, visiting local businesses, and building a client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients
• Build and nurture your client portfolio
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
