Job summary

Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an Insurance Sales Representative role. You will prospect and meet potential clients, discuss insurance needs, and present personalized coverage options in a fast-paced environment.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule client meetings. A license in Health & Life Insurance is required or to be obtained with company support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Background in sales or athletics is a plus.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build a client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to explain coverage options.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
