Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a motivated Territory-based Sales Representative in Brentwood, TN. You will be trained to reach out to diverse SMEs and present top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their staff.

Expect a mix of one-on-one discussions and group presentations to 50–100+ attendees. You will manage your own schedule, receive ongoing training, and advance based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
