Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Entry Level Outside Sales Consultant to drive new business and build a local client base. The role focuses on direct outreach to small and medium-sized businesses, with a training program that prepares you to present top-tier supplemental insurance solutions.

You'll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and visit businesses, with uncapped commissions, weekly draw pay, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background within 6 months of degree).

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
