Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent service and elevate efficiency in routine maintenance of Canon-powered equipment at customer sites. This role focuses on accurate reporting, responsive field support, and maintaining service records.

The position requires travel, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and compliance with customer policies, including potential vaccination requirements. Transportation allowance is provided alongside a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Report product failures and serviceability trends with documentation.
• Provide efficient field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports and Expense Reports and Canon property assigned.
• Show strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance to help achieve branch/district metric targets.
