Job summary

Syensqo is launching a Foundations for the Future Industrial development program for entry-level Chemical or Mechanical engineers in the United States. The 18–24 month rotations span multiple industrial sites, with relocation 2–3 times, and a path to leadership roles in manufacturing and business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering obtained between December 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Successful completion of an internship or co-op in a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on field work from day one across rotational assignments (18–24 months).
• Relocate 2–3 times within US sites during rotations.
• Contribute to reliability and cost-improvement projects and support engineering teams.
