Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to help maintain business continuity across its campuses from the Facilities Command Center. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and coordinate responses to disruptions such as power outages or natural events.

This role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area, with relocation assistance provided. You will join a fast-paced team that values safety, reliability, and rapid problem solving on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities under pressure.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
