Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, Wisconsin, seeks an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center. You will coordinate emergency responses and work with internal teams to restore normal operations.

Relocation assistance is provided to the Madison area; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and be willing to work 2nd/3rd shifts, including weekends.

• Experience or interest in security operations or emergency response.
