Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician on the Madison, Wisconsin campus with relocation assistance. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from our Facilities Command Center to maintain business continuity.

You will identify issues via video feeds and data, coordinating responses with internal teams and emergency services. Join a dynamic team that values safety, rapid decision‑making, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
