Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security, and oversee building operations from its Facilities Command Center. The role supports rapid response to disruptions and requires willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area with relocation assistance.

You will work with internal teams and emergency services to maintain business continuity across Epic's campuses, including coordination during events and outages, ensuring safety and swift

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in security operations or related field.
• Open to 2nd/3rd shift and weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
