You’ll train with experienced Account Managers, learn our sales system, and develop your presentation and relationship skills. The company promotes from within and offers a clear path to leadership as you grow across markets.

Formación

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face‑to‑face.
• Preferred: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Preferred: Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet face‑to‑face with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).
