This role emphasizes paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing development as you build your career toward Account Manager and leadership positions, with expansion into 20+ markets over time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Preferred: experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
