Universal Energy Solutions in Houston is hiring Direct Sales Representatives to turn people skills into a career. You’ll work with consumers to review electricity and natural gas plans, explore supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit business needs.

You’ll train with mentors, travel within a local territory, and have opportunities to advance to Account Manager, with weekly base pay and commissions. No experience required; training provided.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

• Meet face-to-face with customers and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help customers identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective residential customers.

• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
