Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring motivated individuals to join our Houston team as Direct Sales Representatives. This entry-level role is designed for people who enjoy working with others and want to build a successful career.

You will learn our proven sales system, work with Account Managers, and have the opportunity to advance to Account Manager and leadership positions within a growing nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help customers identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective residential customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
• Build the skills needed to take on larger customer portfolios and advance your career.
