This role supports staff worldwide and involves relocation to the Madison, WI area with reimbursed relocation. Responsibilities include overseeing compensation and stock processing for international staff and analyzing country-specific considerations

• History of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
