Job summary

Epic is recruiting for a compensation and stock programs lead based on our Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided. The role collaborates with executives to design and optimize global compensation strategies and stock programs for a diverse workforce across the world.

You will partner with leaders to implement strategic solutions, oversee processing, and ensure compliance for international staff while supporting domestic projects as needed.

Qualifications

• History of academic and professional success.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must relocate to Madison, WI area to fulfill the role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
