Job summary

Epic is seeking a compensation and stock programs lead based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation provided. The role collaborates with leaders across the company to manage global compensation and stock initiatives, including international programs and domestic projects as needed.

You will work with executives to craft solutions, oversee processing, and support staff worldwide, contributing to Epic's continued compensation excellence.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
