Epic is seeking a compensation and stock programs leader for our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to shape and manage employee compensation, equity programs, and global programs across Epic.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with executives to implement creative compensation solutions, overseeing processing for staff internationally, and evaluating country‑specific considerations.

Qualifications

• Academic and professional success demonstrated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country‑specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
