Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs lead based at our Madison, WI campus. The role focuses on managing employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs, with relocation assistance provided for the Madison area.

You will partner with executives to develop creative solutions, coordinate processing for globally distributed staff, and analyze country-specific compensation needs to ensure competitive programs.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
