Job summary

Epic is seeking a compensation and stock programs manager to be based on our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will collaborate with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs, and work with executives to implement innovative solutions.

You will also support staff located internationally, analyze country-specific considerations, and contribute to mandatory projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation or stock program management.
• Ability to work with international teams and stakeholders.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
