Epic on our Madison campus is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs leader. The role requires relocation to the Madison area, with financial relocation assistance provided.

You will collaborate with executives to design and manage employee compensation and stock programs, oversee international programs, and ensure compliant, competitive remuneration for staff worldwide while supporting a dynamic, growing organization.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
