Epic seeks a compensation and stock programs professional based on our campus with relocation assistance to the Madison, WI area. The role collaborates with leaders to manage global compensation initiatives and stock programs, supporting staff across locations.

You will work with executives to design solutions, optimize international programs, and oversee processing for staff worldwide, while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with company needs.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
