Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to join our team on campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided to the area. You will collaborate with leaders and global teams to manage employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs and domestic projects.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to work across functions with executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
