Job summary

Epic is seeking a compensation and stock programs expert to partner with leaders across the company, ensuring competitive programs and seamless execution. This role is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area with reimbursed support.

You will collaborate with executives to optimize international compensation, manage stock processing, and address country-specific considerations.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
