Job summary

Epic seeks a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to collaborate with leaders across the company, shaping global compensation initiatives and equity programs. This role supports staff internationally and coordinates with executives to craft creative solutions that meet business needs.

The position is based on our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance provided; applicants nationwide are considered and relocation support is offered. COVID-19 vaccination may be requested per policy.

Qualifications

• Proven history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and handle domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
• Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed as part of the package.
