Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager. The role collaborates with leaders to design and optimize global compensation and equity programs, including international staffing.

You will manage processing, analyze country-specific considerations, and partner with executives to implement creative solutions. Relocation assistance is provided, and a strong focus on equity, benefits, and compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compensation and stock programs.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
