Job summary

Epic in Madison, WI is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to lead global salary and equity initiatives. This full-time role collaborates with leaders across the company to design competitive programs, drive analytics, governance, and reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• History of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
