Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons is required.
• A college degree is not required; relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver.

• Educate clients and provide product/service recommendations.
• Organize a high-volume inbound call flow with a structured daily schedule.
