Job summary

ADP in Dallas, Texas is hiring an Associate Account Manager to serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, training users on ADP technology, and upholding the company’s service reputation for clients with 50–999 employees.

You will thrive in a metrics-driven, high-volume call center environment, building rapport and communicating clearly by phone and email to deliver solutions and trusted guidance while organizing daily workflows.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; military experience could also apply.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by identifying solutions and guiding client outcomes.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate and provide recommendations on ADP products and services to clients.
• Organize daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries.
