Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring an Associate Account Manager to serve as the front-line for client questions and issues. You will train clients on ADP technology, resolve time-sensitive problems, and maintain strong client satisfaction for companies with 50–999 employees.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center, building rapport with clients via phone, email, or chat, and will be supported by top-tier training and development programs to advance your career at ADP.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; military experience may help build client relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will use your wide breadth of expertise to help ADP's clients solve problems for time-sensitive issues by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Build Relationships. You will build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations. You will leverage your ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand our products' value and turn input into recommendations.
• Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with higher volumes during peak seasons.
