Garfield County is seeking entry level Case Manager I/II/Specialist within the Child Support Services division. This role provides on-the-job training across case management, initiation, enforcement and financial tasks, with progression through CM levels based on performance.

Qualifications

• Entry level duties with on-the-job training in child support.
• Ability to manage caseloads and communicate with clients.
• Knowledge of court processes and eligibility programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for proper case management.
• Schedule genetic testing and maintain the chain of evidence.
• Locate non-custodial parent's address and assets using multiple data sources.
• Review new cases for completeness and verify information.
• Prepare and file legal paperwork related to cases.
• Assist with court appearances and CSSU docket management.
