Garfield County Colorado seeks an entry-level Child Support Case Manager to perform case management duties while receiving on‑the‑job training. You will learn case initiation, enforcement, financial and legal functions, and advance through levels (I, II, Specialist) as you gain expertise.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and collaboration with court and county partners. This is a non-supervisory, full-time position requiring attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience providing legal or collections support, or in a Human Services setting with varied customer interactions.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for proper case management and education on court processes.
• Utilize time management to handle caseloads, reports, and communications across channels.
• Conduct locate functions to determine address, employment, and assets for non-custodial parents.
• Review new cases for completeness and initiate applications into ACSES; monitor for anomalies.
• Determine enforcement actions and prepare legal paperwork related to child support orders.
