Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Paralegal or legal secretarial training may substitute for two years of the required training.

Responsibilities

• Process cases through location, case development, initial notices to non-custodial parents regarding obligation and child support enforcement involvement.
• Prepare case files for the BCSE Attorney.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and maintain confidentiality information.
