Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
• Oversee building operations and coordinate with internal teams and emergency services.
• Identify, respond to issues using video feeds and system data; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions (power outages, natural disasters).
• Support safety and business continuity across Epic's campuses worldwide.
