Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity across its campuses by monitoring real-time alerts and managing access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center. Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
• Oversee building operations and coordinate emergency responses during disruptions.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data; coordinate with internal teams and emergency services.
• Help restore normal operations quickly and effectively and maintain business continuity across Epic campuses.
