Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to support business continuity across our campus network from the Facilities Command Center in Madison, WI. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations to minimize disruption.

You'll identify issues via video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses with internal teams and services, and help restore normal operations quickly while contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
