Epic seeks an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity across our campuses from the Facilities Command Center. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and coordinate emergency responses during disruptions.

You will identify issues via video feeds and system data, working with internal teams and emergency services to restore operations quickly and safely. Relocation assistance is available for Madison, WI.

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment
• Experience or interest in security operations or emergency response
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center
• Manage access and security systems and coordinate with emergency services
• Identify issues from video feeds and system data and respond promptly
• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages
• Collaborate with internal teams to restore normal operations quickly and effectively
