Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician on its campus near Madison, WI. The role focuses on maintaining business continuity across Epic's global operations by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses, and work with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
