Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center. The role supports continuity of operations across Epic's campuses, coordinating with internal teams and emergency services to resolve incidents quickly.

You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with opportunities for shift flexibility and relocation assistance to Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination
