Job summary

Epic, located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center. The role requires relocation to the Madison area with relocation assistance provided, joining a team responsible for maintaining business continuity across Epic's campuses.

You will identify and respond to incidents, coordinate with internal teams and emergency services, and

Qualifications

Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
Oversee building operations and coordinate with internal teams and emergency services.
Identify, respond to issues, and coordinate emergency responses during disruptions.
Support safe environment and rapid restoration of normal operations.
