Astound is seeking a team member to support field operations by monitoring and assisting with management of customer technician routes, maintaining communication with technicians, and performing pre-call activities with customers.

You will also conduct post-installation surveys and verify the integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders, while contributing to a culture of service excellence in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
