The Monitor role includes assisting with management of technician routes, maintaining ongoing communication with technicians, performing pre-calls and post-install surveys, and verifying ICOMS work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
