You will perform pre‑calls to customers, conduct post‑installation surveys, and verify ICOMS accounts against work orders to ensure data accuracy.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent with 0 years of experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and G‑Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
