Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Texas to grow into a Branch Manager position. This 100% onsite role includes an 18–24 month paid training program and relocation support when promoted.

You will actively seek loan opportunities, educate customers on lending services, evaluate applications, and support the team in meeting sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet standards for criminal background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• You will help customers meet their financial goals and promote loan products.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and help with the loan application process.
• Assist in recruiting and training and contribute to sales goals while upholding values.
