Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Beaumont, TX is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for an on-site role. The position includes an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management.

You will originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending products, and assist with loan applications and closings while contributing to sales goals and leadership development toward a Branch Manager role. Relocation assistance is provided for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and loan products.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and risk analysis as needed.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
