Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to help customers meet financial goals and to grow with the company. You will learn branch operations through paid training and then manage your own branch with relocation support when promoted.

You will originate loan business, educate customers, evaluate applications, and support the Branch Manager in recruiting and hitting sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Business/Finance/Sales preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background checks and licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and plans to meet sales goals.
• Promote core values and ensure excellent customer experience.
