Republic Finance, LLC in Texas seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and management during an 18–24 month paid program. You will originate loans, educate customers, and help recruit and train staff to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service.

Relocation assistance is provided for promotions, and the role offers 100% onsite work with a path to Branch Manager. A competitive benefits package accompanies the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, with ideal majors in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, professional demeanor, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide them through the loan application process.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans to meet goals.
• Promote a positive customer experience and support branch operations and risk processes.
