Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and management through an 18–24 month paid training program. You will help originate new loan business, educate customers on lending services, and support the Branch Manager in recruiting and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude; strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and developing plans to meet sales goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit and consolidate debt.
• Help customers through the loan application process and make reminder calls for payments.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist in credit decisions and closings.
• Process insurance claims as part of branch operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
