Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our on-site team. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then manage your own branch with relocation support upon promotion.

You will drive customer-focused loan solutions, educate clients on services, and help meet sales goals while upholding our core values and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and learn branch operations.
• Support promotion to Branch Manager through training and relocation.
