Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in an onsite role in the United States. The position includes an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with potential relocation for promotion to Branch Manager.

You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending services, and support recruitment, training, and sales planning to meet branch goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility is based on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management.
• Manage your own assigned branch after training and relocation may be required for promotion.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend solutions.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and customer experience.
• Contribute to a strong customer experience and successful branch growth.
